Amazon Sword Care Tips

Plant the roots deep in the substrate, and keep the crown, where the leaves start, above it.

Low to medium light is enough, so there is less algae.

Add root tabs, since Amazon Sword feeds through its roots.

New plants can melt some leaves while they adjust. Leave the roots planted, and new leaves will grow.

Cut dying leaves off at the base.

Plecos may nibble on the leaves.
