Messages, DOA claim photos and videos, and other emails you send us
Reviews, photos and videos you post about our products
Permits or documents you send us, such as a Hawaii import permit

Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other secure payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically: when you visit our website, we and our service providers collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you reached our site, and items added to your cart. This is collected through cookies and similar tools.

To process, ship and track your orders
To handle DOA claims, cancellations, refunds and customer support
To check orders for fraud and verify identity when needed

To send marketing emails and texts if you sign up for them

If you sign up for texts, we will send order updates and marketing messages to the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Email

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. We will still send emails about your orders.

6. Cookies and Advertising

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure site traffic, and show you our ads on other websites, such as Google.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of our website, like the cart, may not work without them.

Do Not Track: our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

7. How Long We Keep It

We keep order and payment records as long as needed for taxes, accounting, chargebacks and legal reasons. We keep marketing contact information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

We use secure, encrypted checkout and trusted service providers to protect your information. No website or storage method is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
