DOA, CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND RETURN Policies
REFUNDS ARE ONLY VALID FOR DEAD ON ARRIVAL DELIVERIES meeting these requirements:
DOA Claim Policy: Only available for NEXT DAY AIR SHIPPING & UPS 2 DAY!
NOT USPS OR GROUND SHIPPING!
- Claim Deadline: Submit claims within 1 hour of confirmed delivery.

Evidence Submission: Provide clear video and photo evidence of DOA in the unopened bag to garageaquatics@outlook.com. Make sure to always include "DOA" in the subject title with order number so that we can quickly find your DOA claim. EX. DOA Order#12345
- Contact Promptly: Contact us within 1 hour of delivery. Failure to do so voids the warranty.
- Store Credit: Valid DOA claims receive ONLY store credit of the value of purchased item for future purchases. Shipping costs are ALWAYS non-refundable.
- Buyer Responsibility: Buyer covers shipping costs for replacement fish.
- Note: We prioritize quality and transparency. Contact us with any concerns before purchase.
Order Cancellation Policy
FOR FISH AND OTHER ITEMS
- Cancellation Window: Cancel within 12 hours of the placing order for a full refund.
- Standard Restocking Fee: 30% restocking fee deducted from all refunds for canceled orders.
- Canceling for Any Other Reason: Will not be accepted for any refund
- Note: Live fish preparation involves costs; restocking fees help cover these. Please consider purchases seriously. Contact us with questions before ordering.
Returns
- Live Fish Returns: Due to bio-security concerns, we do not accept returns of live fish under any circumstances.
- Non-Refundable Sales: All sales of aquarium equipment, accessories, and fish food are final.
