Yes. Orders over $300 get free 2-Day shipping, and orders over $500 get 10% off plus free shipping. These canβt be combined with other discount codes. For wholesale pricing, fill out our wholesale application and weβll email you our current price list.
Where do you source your fish and shrimp?
We import directly from trusted breeders in Thailand, Vietnam, and China, and every fish is hand-picked by our team. All imports go through our own quarantine and treatment process before theyβre listed for sale. Many of our listings are WYSIWYG, meaning the exact fish pictured is the one you get.
How do you ship live fish, shrimp, and plants?
We pack and ship live orders on Mondays and Wednesdays using UPS/FedEx Overnight or 2-Day only. Every order goes out in an insulated box with heat or cold packs based on the weather. If itβs over 85Β°F or under 35Β°F at your location, Overnight shipping is required. We currently ship within the US only. Food and dry goods can also ship by USPS or Ground.
Do you offer a live arrival guarantee?
Yes. If a fish arrives dead, contact us within 6 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video of the fish in the unopened bag. Claims are covered for Overnight and 2-Day shipping and are issued as store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How should I acclimate my new fish and shrimp?
- Turn off your tank lights and float the sealed bag in your tank for 15 to 20 minutes to match temperature.
- Open the bag and add a small cup of tank water every 5 minutes for about 20 minutes.
- Gently net the fish into your tank. Do not pour the bag water into your tank.
- Keep the lights off for a few hours and wait until the next day to feed.
