Notes
- Ice packs are included automatically when temperatures exceed 78°F. Ice packs last approximately 24 hours, which is why Next Day Air is required at 86°F and above.
- Weather conditions are monitored closely to ensure safe delivery.
- Customers can arrange to have their order held for pickup at a local UPS or FedEx location to avoid extreme weather exposure. Contact your local facility directly to set this up, as most locations are independently owned and operated so arrangements must be made individually.

How should I acclimate my new fish and shrimp?
Goldfish, Flowerhorn, and Guppies: Float the bag for 15-20 minutes, then slowly add tank water over 30 minutes.
Shrimp: Use the drip acclimation method to prevent shock.
Aquatic Plants: Rinse thoroughly, trim any damaged leaves, and plant them in nutrient-rich substrate.
