Available for UPS Next Day Air & UPS 2-Day only. Email DOA claims with video & photo evidence to garageaquatics@outlook.com within day of delivery. Store credit issued for item value — shipping is non-refundable.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancel within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that, a 30% restocking fee applies and store credit is issued. Live fish returns are not accepted for any reason.
Shipping & handling
Ships Mon–Wed only. Free shipping = 2-day service. Overnight available at extra cost. No live arrival guarantee on UPS Ground or USPS. Excludes holiday exceptions.
